The incidents of fire during charging in electric bikes and scooties are not taking the name of stopping. Another e-scooty caught fire while charging in Sagar ki Khurai tehsil of Madhya Pradesh. According to the information, the electric scooty of Dhruv’s father Sanjay Sethi, who lives in Sethi Gali near Mahakali Temple located in Chandrashekhar Ward of Khurai, was put in charge by keeping it in the garage. After some time, people told that smoke was coming out of the garage, opened the shutters and saw flames coming out of the e-scooty on charge. After turning off the main switch of electricity, immediately poured water on the car. After pouring a lot of water, the flames stopped, but the smoke kept rising, barely pulled the bike and brought it on the road.
Shopkeepers run away from closing shops so that there is no explosion in the battery
Fearing that the battery of the smoldering scooty might explode like a bomb, the nearby shopkeepers closed their shops and ran away. The fire lorry staff of the municipality came and extinguished the fire of barely burning scooty by pouring water. In this whole exercise, people remained in panic for about one and a half hours. Here, the rear side of an Enfield parked in the garage was also burnt.
