    Rs 2.30 lakh looted from Bandhan Bank in Vibhutipur: Eight miscreants entered during branch closure, injured by killing bank manager

    On Thursday evening, miscreants robbed Rs 2.30 lakh from Bandhan Bank located at Singhia Ghat under Vibhutipur police station in Samastipur district. During this, the bank manager Mukesh Kumar was injured by hitting him with the butt of the pistol. The incident is said to have happened late in the evening.

    It has been told that the customers were present till 6 o’clock in the evening due to the downfall of the bank. Meanwhile, at around six o’clock, eight miscreants who came on four bikes entered the bank as customers. The miscreants took all the people into custody by the force of arms. During this, the miscreants pointed a pistol at the bank’s cashier Pankaj Kumar and asked for the key. After which the miscreants robbed the chest of Rs 2.30 lakh.

    Meanwhile, on resisting, attacked the bank manager Mukesh. People told that while leaving, the miscreants took the hard disk of the CCTV camera with them. All the miscreants were in masks.

    On the other hand, DSP Shivam Kumar told that there has been an incident of robbery. the matter is being investigated. The bank manager is injured. The CCTB of the bank is also being scrutinised. Soon the miscreants will be arrested. The CCTB will also be investigated for the direction of the miscreants’ escape.
