The RPF team of Samastipur Railway Division has exposed the business of train ticket reservation on personal ID. In this case, the police raided Chhourahi of Begusarai and arrested a cyber cafe operator and seized computers, laptops etc. At the same time, many long distance train tickets have also been recovered from the cafe. The arrested accused has been identified as Rishi Kumar, 18, son of Dinesh Sahni of Baraipura village of Chhourahi police station. Ticket trading was being done in the shop from two personal IDs.
RPF took action
Divisional Security Commissioner JS Jani said that Divisional Control had received information that train ticket trading was being done on personal IDs. Based on the information, the raid was conducted under the leadership of RPF Inspector VP Verma. Where a shop named Bihar Communication and Mobile Shop was raided. During investigation, it was found that tickets were being booked on two personal IDs in this cafe. Due to which Railways is incurring losses. Many new and old tickets were also recovered from the shop.

In this case, a case was registered against Rishi at Samastipur post under Section 143 Railway Act. The recovered ticket is worth more than one lakh rupees. Other people involved in this case are being investigated.
