Ropeway service will be closed for 2 days in Mandar: Tourists will not be able to enjoy the ropeway on the occasion of Chhath Puja

Banka’s only ropeway service is on Mandar mountain. Every day a large number of tourists come here to enjoy the ropeway. For the tourists, arrangements have been made for guest houses etc. But on the occasion of Chhath, tourists will not be able to enjoy the ropeway service for 2 days. From the point of view of security, it has been decided by the officials looking after its management on behalf of the tourism department. In fact, thousands of devotees come to offer prayers on the occasion of Chhath Puja at the Papaharni pond located at the foothills of Mandar mountain.
