Road accident in Motihari, one dead
In Motihari, a middle-aged cyclist died on the spot after being hit by a truck, after getting information about the incident, a crowd of people gathered, the people present there informed the local police station about the incident, the police reached the spot and seized the dead body. I have started taking action. The incident took place near Chalaha of Banjariya police station.
In relation to the incident, it is being told that 60-year-old Abdul Ansari, a resident of Chailaha ward number three of Banjaria police station, was going home from Motihari on his bicycle, when in the meantime, a speeding truck carrying fertilizers from Motihari rack point and going towards Chhapwa. The accident came near Chalaha, due to which he died on the spot, after the accident, the truck driver escaped leaving the truck at the same end, a huge crowd of people gathered at the spot, the villagers of the incident informed the police and the deceased. As soon as the family members got the news of Abdul’s death, there was uproar in the house, everyone reached the spot crying.

Banjaria Police Station said that after getting information about the incident, after reaching the spot, the body was taken into custody and sent for postmortem, the body will be handed over to the relatives after the postmortem, the same truck was seized from the incident site and brought to the police station. No application has been received from the next of kin. Further action will be taken after meeting.
