New Delhi: Pakistan is going to host the Asia Cup 2023 to be held next year. In such a situation, it is clear that to play this tournament, the teams will have to go to Pakistan. But, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah has made it clear that Team India will not go on a tour of Pakistan. There has been a ruckus after this statement of Jay Shah.

Even though this statement of Jai Shah is of Tuesday, but its flame has spread till now. Soon after this statement of Jay Shah, a strong statement has also come out from the President of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja. The PCB has also threatened to withdraw from the ODI World Cup to be hosted by India next year. After which now an old video of Rameez Raja is becoming fiercely viral on social media.

In this viral video, Rameez is seen saying, ‘Pakistan Cricket Board runs 50% on ICC funding. ICC funding is the tournaments they organize. The money received from it is distributed among its member countries. And 90% of the funding for ICC comes from the Indian market. In such a way, only Indian business houses are running Pakistan cricket. Tomorrow, if the Indian Prime Minister thinks that we will not give funding to Pakistan, then this Cricket Board (PCB) can also end.
