After the arrest of RPSC member Babulal Katara in Rajasthan Senior Teacher Recruitment Examination 2022, now Rs 51.20 lakh out of 60 lakh has been recovered from his house for leaking paper.
SOG has recovered 51.20 lakh gold bracelet from the house of RPSC member Babulal Katara, arrested in connection with the paper leak of Senior Teacher Recruitment Examination 2022 conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) and his nephew’s house .
The SOG team had conducted a search at Babulal Katara’s house in Dungarpur on Thursday. Then 51.20 lakh rupees were recovered from there. RPSC member Babulal Katara saved this amount from the Rs 60 lakh he got for leaking papers and kept it at home.
On the other hand, the SOG arrested Babulal Katara’s son Dr. Dipesh Katara and his teacher friend Gautam Katara and brought them to Jaipur for questioning. Then Babulal Katara, his nephew Vijay Damor, RPSC driver Gopal Singh, sons Dr. Dipesh Katara and Gautam Katara reached Dungarpur on Thursday.
Talking to the media, SOG-ATS ADG Ashok Rathore said that the house of accused Babulal Katara was searched till Thursday evening, in which apart from Rs 51.20 lakh, 541 grams of gold jewelery was also recovered. A gold bangle has been recovered from the house of nephew Vijay.
It is worth mentioning that RPSC member Babulal Katara had the responsibility of setting the paper. He brought the paper to his house, wrote it by hand and sold it to government teacher Shersingh Meena for 60 lakhs.
Shersingh sold coaching directors Suresh Dhaka and Bhupendra Saran in Jaipur for 80 lakhs. Suresh’s Dhaka sent the paper to Suresh Bishnoi’s brother-in-law. Suresh gave papers worth Rs five lakh each to about three dozen candidates. So far 107 arrests have been made in this case.
