Protest: CPI takes out procession in Dholan murder case

CPI workers protest by taking out a procession after the murder of Dholan Mandal in Chausa.

CPI workers took out a procession against the Dholan Mandal massacre that took place in Laualgan East Bind Toli of Chausa. During the procession, activists like Comrade Yoginder Mahato, Munna Jaiswal, Shankar Poddar, Tuntun Sharma etc. raised slogans like arrest the killer of Dholan Mandal, give protection to his family, compensation to the relatives of the deceased. Dholan Mandal, a resident of Ward 13 of Laualgan East Panchayat, was murdered on Wednesday night by slitting his throat. Even 24 hours after the murder, the police could not catch the killer. Com. Deep Narayan Mahato, Chando Mandal, Phoolo Mahto said that after the murder by the criminals, his family members are very scared and their safety is very important. On the other hand, comrades Janardhan Mahato, Santosh Poddar, Sanjay Mandal, Fugia Devi, Parmanand Mandal, Babu Lal Mandal, Anil Yadav, wife and children of Dholan Mandal also accompanied the procession to Chausa Block Gate, Thana Chowk, Murli Chowk, Bazar. Police station in-charge Kishore Kumar said that after registering a case, raids have been started to arrest the accused. Udakishunganj SDPO Satish Kumar said that in the matter that is coming out in the investigation so far, the matter seems to be related to a love affair.
