Mumbai : Oshiwara Police has arrested Shobhit Thakur, the fourth accused in the Indian cricket team player Prithvi Shaw selfie controversy. He had threatened to slit the throat of cricketer Prithvi. He has been sent to police custody. So far 4 people including Sapna Gill have been arrested in this case.
FIR lodged against 7 people
After the attack on Prithvi Shaw and his friends on the night of February 15, the police arrested Sapna Gill, who was active on social media. He has more than 2 lakh followers on Instagram. Oshiwara police had registered an FIR against 7 people in this case. Police has arrested 4 accused including Shobhit Thakur. The police are still searching for the two accused.
