Kundan Kumar Singh says that ‘the leaders of the Marathas instilled so much hatred for the Biharis that when the body of my son was sent to Patna, they were shocked to see it. It is said that one should not expect respect from Marathis. In the coffin in which the dead body of my son was sent, I saw that there was no cloth on his body. There was not even a shroud. We have given the shroud. Tears welled up in my eyes at that time seeing all this. They do not want to miss any opportunity to insult Biharis. I ask, did Rahul Raj go there for his personal benefit? He was emotional. Going by emotion, he gave his life. I fought for the death of my son till the Patna High Court.

Patna High Court said that you go to Mumbai court. I could not reach there. Raj Thackeray was very active at that time and Shiv Sena was also with him. Had the Bihar government helped me, I would have stood in the Mumbai court. Then the Chief Minister of Bihar was Nitish Kumar. They are still there today.
