Video of 112 police car being taken hostage by villagers, which reached Motihari on the information of assault, is becoming increasingly viral. It is being told of Karsahiya village of Dhaka police station area. In the said village, there was a dispute between two brothers Ramesh Sah and Indesh Sah regarding land from the east. A Panchayati was called for this on Sunday, during the Panchayati, fighting started between the two brothers.
Meanwhile, someone present there called on 112 and informed the police about the incident. After getting the information, a police car reached there immediately. She started trying to pacify the matter. Ramesh Sah’s wife alleged that the police were working for Indesh. We are beating people on his behest. What was then the villagers surrounded the police car from all sides.

They started accusing the police that the police is working one-sidedly. The road was blocked by placing a wooden sack in front of the police car. The police and the public kept talking for about one and a half hours, but the villagers were not ready to accept it. Other police personnel of Dhaka police station came and explained the villagers in some way and freed 112 police personnel who were held hostage there. Ramesh Sah’s wife alleged that along with the police started beating us all.
What do the officers of 112 say?
Anil Kumar Yadav, in-charge of 112 said that someone from Karsahiya village informed that two brothers were fighting each other over a land dispute. Reaching the above place, they were bringing both to the police station that the villagers started a ruckus and surrounded the car with the jawan, accusing the police of bias. After the arrival of the senior officer, all of us left from there, during that time three were taken into custody and brought to the police station.
