The registration and breeding of aggressive dogs like Pitbull, Rottweiler and Dogo Argentinian are banned by the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation.
Apart from this, those people who have kept such dogs will be given registration on the condition that they have to compulsorily get their dog sterilized (sterilization) within the next 2 months. Those dogs will not be registered after this stipulated time period.
If the mentioned aggressive dog is less than 6 months of age, then the owner of the dog will have to give an undertaking to the corporation that on completion of 6 months of age, the dog will be neutered and the information will be provided to the corporation within 10 days.
