Patna High Court has dismissed the petition challenging the result of 67th BPSC PT exam. Justice Madhuresh Prasad rejected it on Thursday. He had reserved the decision while completing the hearing on the petitions of Harshit Saral and others. Appearing in the court on behalf of the petitioners, Senior Advocate VEV Giri pointed out that mistakes were found in the model answers to several questions. Because of this, the selection of many students in this preliminary examination could not be possible.
The counsel for the petitioner informed the court that there were about 10 such questions which had mistakes in the model answers. This had a bad effect on the results of the students. He told that on November 17, 2022, the result of BPSC PT exam was declared, in which such errors were revealed.
Court rejected the arguments
He urged the court to cancel the results of such errors and remove the errors in all the questions afresh and give revised results by removing the wrong model answers, so that the yoga candidates can get justice. But the court rejected the arguments made by him and dismissed the petition.
There was a lot of movement for this, I was beaten
Let us inform that BPSC took the 67th PT exam on September 30, for which a total of 1153 examination centers were set up in 38 districts of Bihar. There are 802 posts to be appointed in this vacancy. Hundreds of candidates of BPSC had also protested several times in front of the commission with the demand of revising the result and giving the result. The candidates had reached the Chief Minister’s residence while agitating where they had to resort to lathi charge to disperse them. The candidates had even demanded a CBI inquiry. Most of the students did not want to go to the court regarding the matter, so they were agitating on the road. But later some had made up their mind to go to court.
