Performance: 46 players of East Champaran were honored for their excellent performance

Honored sportsperson of East Champaran.

Art, Culture and Youth Department and Bihar Sports Authority honored the medal winners of Bihar Inter School Sports Competition in the award ceremony organized at Patliputra Sports Complex, Patna. For the first time in Bihar, cash award, trophy and certificate were given by the Government of Bihar. Sports Minister Jitendra Kumar Rai and Director of the Authority, Raveendran Sankaran and other officials honored the players. 25 players of Taekwondo, 15 girls and 10 boys, one girl from badminton, 16 boys players from cricket and 4 players from Karate were honored. 10 thousand was given to the gold medalist, 5 thousand to the silver medalist and 2500 rupees to the bronze medalist. During this, a total of 46 players from East Champaran were honored. In which this year also Taekwondo players of East Champaran waved their flag. Sports officer Sanjay Kumar, sports lover Manoj Kumar, Rashid Jamal, Dr. Tabrez Aziz, Vishal Kumar, Arun Kumar, Manzoor Alam, Shailendra Mishra Baba have congratulated the players and coach Zahid Hussain on the achievement of the players.
