The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) defended its Grand Lotto 6/55 draw that saw 433 bettors winning the jackpot of P236 million on Saturday.

In a press briefing on Sunday, PCSO General Manager Mel Robles said that there was nothing wrong with the draw.

“We have found nothing wrong. In fact, it’s a natural occurrence that there are those who take care and many win when they are hit, so we don’t see anything to change there and we’re in fact we’re pleased that many won, actually, especially na at pasko (there are people who nurture numbers, so we have no plans of changing anything and we are, in fact, happy that a lot of people won, especially with Christmas approaching),” Robles said.
