Once again many questions have been raised on DGP Sanjeev Kumar Singhal. The biggest question raised was that even after talking on the call 40 times, why did he not get the inquiry done whether the person talking to him by taking the name of Chief Justice is real or not? Whereas, he also has a police agency like Special Branch. Still they could not get the investigation done? How could this happen? These questions were raised on the DGP in the Patna court.
Actually, there was a hearing on Friday on the appeal of anticipatory bail of suspended and absconding IPS Aditya Kumar in the forgery case in the name of Chief Justice. Meanwhile, Aditya Kumar’s lawyer SD Sanjay raised questions on the DGP and the police headquarters. Today’s hearing was held in the court of ADJ-21 Raj Vijay Singh.
EOU did not submit case diary
When the anticipatory bail petition was filed on behalf of Aditya Kumar, the first hearing was held on 11 November. On that day, the court ordered the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) probing the case to submit the case diary. Only then the next date of November 18 was fixed.
According to advocate SD Sanjay, the EOU did not submit the case diary to the court till today’s hearing. The APP on his behalf demanded more time from the court. After which Aditya Kumar’s lawyer raised questions on the investigation of the case itself. Told the court that what kind of investigation is this agency doing? What kind of evidence have you gathered? Whom she is not able to present before the court? After the completion of the arguments, the court has fixed a new date of November 25 for the next hearing.
Why was there an FIR in Gaya’s Fatehpur after 1.25 years?
There was a debate in the court today for about 35 minutes. The lawyer of this Aditya Kumar raised many questions one after the other on the state government and the police. Referring to the FIR lodged against IPS Aditya Kumar in Gaya’s Fatehpur police station in a liquor case, the lawyer said that his intention was not right. That’s why the case of liquor scandal was forcibly registered after a year and a half. Whereas, this case was submitted to the High Court under the ‘Mistek Of Law’ final report only on the orders of the DGP.
Said that when this case is already over then why would Aditya Kumar do forgery in the name of Chief Justice for the same case? Advocate SD Sanjay alleged in the court that all this has been hatched by some officers of the police headquarters to implicate his client.
