Hardik Pandya has shared an emotional post on the social media site Twitter after the retirement of Kieron Pollard. In which he wrote, ‘My Polly, I could not have found a better mentor and friend than you. Playing with you on the field has been one of the best experiences of my career. There has not been a single dull movement with you. I wish you all the best in your new role.
It is known that even after retiring from IPL, Kieron Pollard will be associated with Mumbai Indians. He has been appointed the batting coach of MI. Along with this, he will also be seen playing for the Mumbai team in the T20 league to be held in UAE. Mumbai has also bought a team called MI Emirates in the UAE’s T20 league, in which Pollard will play. Pollard has retired from IPL only because he does not want to play for any team other than Mumbai.

Pollard made his debut for Mumbai Indians in 2010. Since then he remained a part of this champion team. He played a total of 211 matches for Mumbai and scored 3915 runs at a strike rate of 147. He took 79 wickets in bowling including Champions League and IPL.
