Oil tanker caught fire in Meerut: It was going from Shamli to Patna; Tire fire in the middle of the way

A black oil tanker suddenly caught fire late on Monday night in Meerut. The fire broke out due to the heating of the tanker’s tyres. The tires first caught fire and slowly spread to the tanker. Immediately on information, the fire brigade team reached and controlled the fire, a major accident was avoided.

A major accident was averted late night at Meerut Hapur airport. The black oil tanker suddenly caught fire. Thankfully the fire was quickly extinguished. No harm could come from this. Vikas Yadav, the driver of the tanker told that he is a resident of Jaunpur.

Vikas was going to Patna with a black oil tanker on Monday. Vikas told that he felt that the car was getting hot. As long as he thought something by putting the tanker on the side, suddenly the car got hot. Till then the car caught fire.

As soon as people saw the oil tanker on fire, there was a stir on the spot. At first people could not understand what was filled in the tanker. Some people felt that it contained petrol or kerosene, a highly inflammable substance. Immediately people informed the fire brigade. This black oil is used for burning in furnaces in factories. For this he was being taken to Patna.

On information, 2 fire tenders reached the spot and the fire was controlled. CFO Santosh Rai told that the tanker was going to Patna after filling black oil from Shamli. The tire reached Meerut Hapur airport caught fire due to heating. On information, the fire service team reached and extinguished the fire. There was no damage to the tanker.
