North Bihar’s big liquor mafia arrested: Rail police arrested while supplying by train, used to order consignments from many states including Delhi-UP

Muzaffarpur Railway Police has arrested the big liquor mafia who supplied liquor by rail in North Bihar. The police was after him for almost 5 months. He was running his gang on a large scale. Police has already sent two members of his gang to jail. The arrested accused is Vikash Singh, a resident of Madhaul in Maniyari. Police is interrogating him. During police interrogation, he told that he gets consignments of liquor from other states.

Rail route is safe. So he brings a consignment of liquor by train. From the junction, he reaches Maniyari with a consignment of liquor in an auto. Then, he hides it in the bushes. From there he sells liquor. Praveen Kumar, Jamadar of Railway Police said that on May 6, a huge quantity of liquor was recovered from Muzaffarpur Junction. An auto was also seized from the spot. The driver and a businessman were arrested.

Among them, Naresh Sahni, a resident of Madhaul of Maniyari and Shambhuchoudhari, a resident of Pankha Toli of Kazimohmadpur police station, auto driver, were arrested. During interrogation, it was found that Vikas and another youth are the kingpins of the gang. Both of them get illegal consignments of liquor from the train. Then, sell in the area. An FIR was also registered against him. The police was behind him. But, he was on the run. Meanwhile, on the basis of secret information, he has been arrested from his house. After interrogation, efforts are being made to send him to judicial custody.
