A new twist has come to the fore in the fire case in flat number 201 of Narayani Apartment of Maurya Vihar Colony under Rajiv Nagar police station of Patna. The owner of the flat, Amit Ranjan informed the matter to the GM of GAIL. The GM of GAIL said that there was no negligence on our part in this matter. If you want, we will depute a 5 member team to investigate. To which Amit Ranjan agreed saying that if your people investigate, then they will decide in your favor.
Then the GM of GAIL advised Amit Ranjan to meet the contractor of GAIL to sort things out. Accepting which Amit Ranjan filed a case against GAIL Company under Section 304 of IPC at Rajiv Nagar police station. At present, the police of Patna’s Rajiv Nagar police station is probing the matter.
There was a fire on 21 November
On November 21, a fire broke out in flat number 201 of Narayani Apartment located in Maurya Vihar Colony, Patna. Earlier it was said that the fire in the flat started due to gas leakage from the gas cylinder, then due to the blast, the flat was completely gutted by burning. Amit Ranjan’s son Aalab lost his life in this accident and the condition of Amit’s wife Payal remains very critical. After controlling the fire, the cylinder present in Amit’s house was found perfectly safe.

Amit Ranjan told Dainik Bhaskar that we gave all the information about this fire incident to GAIL GM Amit Sinha after meeting him. Amit Sinha flatly denied the negligence of his company. Then to console me, asked to form a 5-member team and get the matter investigated. I refused this by saying that your team will report in your favor. Then the GM of GAIL said, you meet our contractor. He will see everything.
