During interrogation, it was found that the youth was hiding his identity and was telling himself as Rohit. Whereas later it came to light that his name is Mohammad Zubair. The devotees present in the temple also thrashed him and the video went viral on social media.

According to the information received, when Zubair was caught stealing, he also threatened to blow up the temple with a bomb. After this, on the complaint of priest Kuldeep Mishra, the Premnagar police registered a report against the accused and took him into custody.

When the devotees caught him, he gave his name as Rohit. When people tightened up and asked for ID, it was found that his name was Zubair. It was revealed in the information that Zubair needed money to go to Delhi, so he stole it from the donation box of the temple. When Zubair was searched, the money stolen from the donation box was also recovered from his pocket.

After this the devotees thrashed the accused. Later Premnagar police reached the spot and took the man into custody.
