The Election Commission had decided that after the year 2008, if a person is a mother or father of three children, he cannot contest elections, but Ruby Praveen has flouted these rules.

However, District Magistrate Anand Sharma said on this issue that whatever complaints are received, they will be investigated, if any deviation is found from the rules of the commission, then according to the commission, legal action will be taken, immediately the candidate who has won the result will get it.
