According to the instructions of the Bihar State Legal Services Authority, through the District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda, a mobile Lok Adalat camp will be organized in all the three sub-divisions of the district from November 17 to 19 at the designated place and on different dates.
The cases related to bank loan, civil, compensation related to accident, criminal (except heinous crime) etc. will be disposed of on the same day at the camp site at an accelerated pace through the Mobile Lok Adalat. The cases will be settled through mutual conciliation, arbitration without any judicial fee. The decision of the cases disposed of by the Mobile Lok Adalat will be final. No appeal will be entertained against this decision.
Know where and when the event will be held
- On November 17 (Thursday) Vidhya Seva Sadan, Behavioral Court in Bihar Sharif, the police station area – Bihar Sharif, Laheri, Manpur, Rahui, Noorsarai, Vena, Harnaut, Asthawan, Deepnagar, Soh Sarai, Sarmera, Sarai and Bind. Will be done.
- On November 18 (Friday), the cases related to the police station area- Rajgir, Nalanda, Chhabilapur, Silao, Wain, Giriyak and Qatari Sarai will be settled in the Sub-Divisional Office Campus, Rajgir.
- On November 19 (Saturday) in Block Campus, Hilsa, the cases related to police station areas – Nagarnausa, Telhara, Karai Parshuray, Hilsa, Chiksaura, Chandi, Tharthari, Khudaganj, Ekangarsarai, Parwalpur and Islampur will be disposed of.
The camp will be organized on the scheduled date from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. District Legal Services Authority, Nalanda has appealed to the residents of the district to participate in the Mobile Lok Adalat camp and cooperate in the disposal of cases related to their respective areas and by establishing mutual harmony and reconciliation, take advantage of the mobile Lok Adalat.
