Munger: A case of raping a 12-year-old minor girl who went to feed the cattle in Charrapatti under Hemjapur police station has come to light. The incident happened on October 15. But first an attempt was made to suppress this matter at the village level. On Tuesday, the girl’s mother lodged a written complaint with the Hemjapur police station and named Guddu Kumar’s father Subodh Yadav of Charrapatti village as an accused. Hemjapur OP in-charge Sanjay Kumar said that after registering an FIR, the minor has been sent to the hospital for medical examination in police custody. Raids are being conducted to arrest the accused Guddu Kumar, he is absconding from the house.

According to the information, a 12-year-old minor was going to feed her animal at Bathan on the evening of October 15 in Charrapatti village. At the same time, Guddu Kumar of the village called him to his house and did the wrong thing and threatened that if you tell anyone, he will kill you. On reaching home, the minor informed the family members about it. After this, an attempt was also made to suppress the matter at the village level.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the minor’s mother lodged a written complaint about the incident with the girl in Hemjapur police station. In which neighbor Guddu Kumar’s father Subodh Yadav has been made an accused. In the light of the complaint, the police is conducting raids to arrest the accused youth by registering an FIR. The victim has been sent to Sadar Hospital for medical examination in police custody.
