A very shocking incident has come to light from Maharashtra. Here a father made his minor daughter a pawn to implicate his relatives and got her to write many suicide notes in which the names of relatives, then he actually killed his daughter. A 16-year-old girl was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her house on November 6 in Kalamana area of Nagpur city, a police officer said on Saturday.
On the basis of five suicide notes found in the room, the police registered a case of abetment to suicide against his stepmother, uncle, aunt and grandparents, an official of Kalamana police station said. But during the investigation, the mobile phone of the victim’s father revealed that there was a nefarious conspiracy behind the incident which looked like suicide.

According to an official, the police found the mobile of the deceased girl’s father, when it was searched, photos and videos of the victim were found in it, which showed that the man had asked his daughter to act as if he had committed suicide. At the same time, the father asked the girl to write some suicide notes and also to write the names of those relatives. When she did all this, the girl tied a noose around her neck and stood on a stool as per the instructions of her father. During this, the accused had clicked a photo. After which the man kicked the stool and the girl died due to hanging, when this incident happened, her 12-year-old sister was also there.

The accused father left the house after executing the incident. He called the station to mislead the police that he was out for some work and when he returned home he found that his daughter had hanged herself. The police had initially registered a case of abetment to suicide under the Indian Penal Code against five relatives. But then the investigators found a completely different case in their investigation.
The police officer said that when we found the photo of the suicide act in his phone, we questioned the man, and he confessed to killing his daughter. His first wife passed away in 2016 and second wife has also left home. The man, who works as a labourer, has now been arrested for murder, while the police is investigating further.
