Madhya Pradesh’s first double decker six lane elevated flyover will be built in Bhopal, metro will also run in future
Tender will be issued today for the construction work of Madhya Pradesh’s first double-decker six-lane elevated flyover in Bhopal. Under the Central Road Infrastructure Fund, a flyover will be constructed from Sewage Pump House Lau Khedi to Municipal Corporation Visarjan Ghat in Sant Hirdaram Nagar Bairagarh on Bhopal-Indore road in Bhopal city.
It is being told that a budget of Rs 306 crore 40 lakh has been approved for the double decker six lane elevated flyover. The flyover will be 2900 meters in length and 26 meters in width. Will tell that Bairagarh is the commercial area of the city. Because of this, there is always a jam situation here. This is a priority route for vehicles coming from Indore.
Many big commercial projects are coming up on the Bhopal-Indore corridor. With the construction of the flyover, the traffic system will improve and there will be progress in the business sector. Tenders will be issued for flyover construction on Wednesday and work will be started after two months.
BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma said that the state government is continuously engaged in making many districts of the state including the capital smart. In this sequence, the construction work of this flyover will be done. With the construction of this flyover in Bairagarh area, people will get relief from traffic jam.
Tell me, the road under the six lane flyover to be built in Bairagarh will be used for the traffic of Bairagarh. Six lanes will be built on the first floor, in which three lanes will be used for coming and three lanes for going. Vehicles coming from Sehore and Indore will be able to travel directly through the first floor route without any traffic.
Pillars will be made for metro
Pillars will be built over the six-lane flyover, which can be used for the metro in future. That is, if the metro is run for Sehore in future, then these pillars will be raised to make way for the metro. A 3.20 meter wide central verge will be made for the metro.
Significantly, the plan was made last year, MLA Rameshwar Sharma had written a letter to Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari for the construction of the bridge, since last year the Ministry of Road Transport had also given approval, earlier this bridge should be sent a little further from Sant Hirdaram’s cottage. To be started from Pump House.
