    Karnataka Elections 2023: CM Bommai accuses Congress of ‘Copying’ BJP’s Plans

    Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai claimed that the Congress has copied the announcements made by the BJP in its manifesto.

    Voting for the Karnataka Assembly elections will be held on May 10. The Congress party has released its election manifesto on Tuesday, 24 hours after the release of the election manifesto of the Bharatiya Janata Party. After which the Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai has accused the Congress of copying the plans of the BJP. Bommai claimed that the schemes announced by the Congress were copied from the election announcements of the BJP.

    BJP will provide food kit to BPL families

    Talking to reporters during a roadshow in Mysuru, Karnataka, CM Basavaraj Bommai said that Bharatiya Janata Party has distributed 5 kg rice, 5 kg millet and half liter milk to BPL families to provide best food to the economically weaker section. Will provide food kit.

    BJP’s plan ‘Ek Panth Do Kaj’

    Bommai said that the BJP government has started a scheme to buy jowar, ragi and bajra grown by the farmers by giving support price to them. This food will ensure nutrition. Along with this, farmers will also get help from this scheme. At the same time, under the scheme, milk will be purchased from milk producers in large quantities, which will help them.

    BJP has prepared a plan carefully

    Bommai said that the BJP has prepared this plan after careful consideration. This will give a lot of impetus to the production of Bajra, Ragi. All these things are included in BJP’s ‘Namma Poshan’ campaign.

    The Congress government did not implement 65 percent of the announcements.

    Targeting the Congress party, Bommai alleged that more than 65 per cent of the announcements made by the previous Congress government in Karnataka have not been implemented. With this, Bommai demanded the Congress party to present a report card.

    In desperation, the Congress is talking against the PM.

    Bommai said that out of desperation, the Congress party is talking against the Prime Minister. Earlier it was AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge who spoke against PM Modi and today it was the turn of his son Priyank Kharge. The public will teach them a lesson. CM Bommai said that the party’s prospects in the upcoming elections have been further strengthened with the involvement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the party campaign.

    Congress vote bank is slowly shrinking

    CM Bommai said that Congress had imagined to win this Karnataka election easily but the vote bank of Congress is slowly shrinking. So they decided to create trouble in other seats including Varuna. Bommai said they may stop the BJP’s campaign, but a lot of changes are happening on the ground. BJP is slowly moving towards victory. Voters are alert.
