BALANGA CITY: Gov. Jose Enrique Garcia 3rd on Sunday said face-to-face classes will be suspended in all levels in public and private schools in Bataan on Monday, September 26. Work in government offices was also suspended because of Super Typhoon Karding.
The suspension will also cover online classes, according to Garcia.
He said the Bataan station of the Philippine Coast Guard in Limay town issued a notice to mariners to temporarily suspend voyages for all types of vessels/motor bancas plying within the waters of the province.
Bataan was placed under Signal No. 3.
Garcia said all agencies involved in disaster response in Bataan are ready to address emergencies.
