Jacqueline Fernandez: Film actress Jacqueline Fernandez has got a big relief from the Patiala House Court. While granting interim bail to the actress, the court has sought a response from the ED on the bail plea. His regular bail plea will remain pending in the court till the ED files its reply. During the hearing before a bench of Additional Sessions Judge Shailendra Malik, on the request of Jacqueline’s lawyer, the court has granted interim bail to the actress on a surety of Rs 50,000. And now the next hearing in this case Will be on 22nd October.
Recently, the Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi Police interrogated the actress for 15 hours. After the interrogation of the ED, the claim became more solid that Sukesh and Jacqueline have a solid connection. After which the Patiala court also had to intervene in the matter and Jacqueline was summoned to appear in the court. On August 17, the ED had filed a charge sheet, in which Jacqueline has also been found accused in the recovery case of 200 crores.
Jacqueline was questioned by EOW for a long time
Earlier on Monday, Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez had appeared before the Economic Offenses Wing ‘EOW’ of the Delhi Police in connection with the investigation of an extortion case involving alleged thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Officials said this was the second time the actress was summoned by the Delhi Police for questioning for her alleged role in the case. During this, asked for bank details from Jacqueline Fernandez.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s dress designer Lipakshi was questioned by the Economic Offenses Wing of Delhi for seven hours on September 21. In his statement, Lipakshi made many revelations about Jacqueline Fernandez and Sukesh Chandrasekhar. “He had contacted Elavadi last year to know about the brands and types of clothing preferred by Fernandez,” an official said. He took suggestions from her and also gave Rs. 3 crores Chandrashekhar got to buy his favorite clothes, Elavadi spent the entire amount on buying gifts for Fernandez. Lipakshi Elavadi also reportedly said that after the news of Chandrashekhar’s arrest, Jacqueline Fernandes broke up with him all the time.

Police had earlier said that investigation has revealed that Chandrashekhar had offered a motorcycle to Fernandes’ agent Prashant on his birthday, but he had refused to take it. After this, Chandrashekhar left the bike and its keys with Prashant.
