New Delhi: England wicket-keeper batsman Sam Billings has decided to pull out of next year’s Indian Premier League (IPL) to focus on longer format cricket. Billings played eight matches for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) earlier this year in which he scored 169 runs. He made his IPL debut in 2016.
Billings tweeted, “I have made a tough decision. I will not play in the next IPL. I want to focus on playing longer format cricket for Kent in the summer season in England. ,
