    IND vs NZ T20I Series: Shubman Gill will have a big achievement as soon as he takes the field in the first T20

    IND vs NZ T20I Series: The first match of the T20 series between India and New Zealand will be played at the Sky Stadium in Wellington on Friday. Shubman Gill is set to be in the playing XI under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya. The news is that Shubman Gill will make a big achievement in his name as soon as he steps on the field. Shubman Gill will become the 100th player to play for Team India in T20 International. Team India played its first T20 International match in December 2006 against South Africa. So far 99 Indian players have represented India in T20. Gill made his ODI debut during the 2018–19 tour of New Zealand. Then he was the 227th player to play ODI for Team India.

    Shubman Gill has been included in Team India as a batsman. His performance has been great so far, but hasn’t got a chance to play T20s till now. He has also shown his bat power in IPL. He was a part of Gujarat Titans in the last IPL. The captain of that team is also Hardik Pandya. After the humiliating defeat in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup, Team India is going to make a fresh start from this tour.
