    new Delhi: Test series is going to be played between Australia and India (Australia vs India Test Series) from next month. The Australia team has started preparations for this series. Australia’s team will come on a tour of India in February. The Australian team has already suffered a major setback before this.

    In fact, fast bowler Mitchell Starc and young all-rounder Cameron Green have been ruled out of the ongoing series against South Africa due to injuries. Interestingly, Green was bought by Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL auction for Rs 17.5 crore.

    Cameron Green was injured during the second Test match against South Africa. He has a fracture in one finger. Despite struggling during the match, he scored an unbeaten 51 in the second innings. Significantly, in this match also the Australian team had won. Green will now undergo surgery due to the injury. Because of this, he might not be able to play in the first Test match against India. Due to workload management, questions were being raised on his bowling in the opening match of IPL 2023. Green has also said a great deal on this.

    Talking to SEN Sportsday WA, Cameron Green said, ‘What is coming out about his batting and bowling in IPL is not correct. I’m all set to play. I do not know from where such things came. If reports are to be believed, the new season of IPL may start from March 25.

    It is known that the Test series between India and Australia is starting from 9th February. The first match of this series will be played in Nagpur. This series is going to be important for both the teams as it is part of the World Test Championship. The Kangaroo team is currently at the first position in the championship table while the Indian team is at the second position.

    At the same time, the second Test of this series will be played in Delhi from February 17, the third Test in Dharamshala from March 1 and the fourth and final Test in Ahmedabad from March 9.
