Civil Court Sheikhpura pronounced the verdict
On Saturday in Sheikhpura, ADJ III of Civil Court Sheikhpura, Sanjay Singh found three people guilty in a case of murderous attack and sentenced the accused to three years each. A fine of Rs 13 thousand 500 has also been imposed against all three for various crimes. Out of this, half the amount has been ordered to be given to the informer and three thousand rupees to the victim. The remaining fine amount has been asked to be deposited in the government treasury. The three convicted Satyendra Chowdhary, Mangal Chowdhary and Uday Chowdhary are residents of Ambabigha village under Sari police station of nearby Nalanda district.

However, all of them do the work of selling different types of goods by setting up stalls in the Barbigha market. Giving information in this matter, Additional Public Prosecutor Shambhu Sharan Prasad Singh said that on November 14, 2012, Rahul Ranjan, a resident of Sherpar in Barbigha Nagar area, along with one of his companions Uday Kumar had come to the market for shopping. Meanwhile, on taking the side of the motorcycle, the three miscreants started fighting instead of giving way to the motorcycle. Calling his companions, he started fighting fiercely with all of them, in which they were badly injured. Later, the injured Rahul Ranjan lodged an FIR in the police station. In this case, the testimony of a total of 7 witnesses was recorded by the prosecution. While concluding the hearing of the case, the court found all the three guilty under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code and other sections and sentenced them to different terms of imprisonment and fine.
