On it the address of Ryan area was written under Vardhman Sadar police station of East Vardhman district. In this case, an FIR was registered at Kadamkuan police station in Patna.

While investigating, the team of Patna Police reached near Champa Som in Vardhman. During interrogation, it was revealed that he had a dispute with Sudipto Kumar Rai, who was a lawyer. He must have hatched such a conspiracy to implicate him. Because, she does not even know the BJP leader. So how can she threaten?

Based on the statement of Champa Som, the investigation of Patna Police proceeded. The police investigated the case by talking to Asmat Shaikh, the law clerk of the Vardhman court. Then some new things emerged. Sudipto has already threatened to blow up Muzaffarpur Jail. At that time he had done this to implicate Bada Babu Bappa Chatterjee of Vardhaman Court. In this case, an FIR was registered in Asansol on 23 August this year.

After this, the Asansol police arrested Sudipto and sent him to jail. Since then he is in jail. According to Patna City SP Central Ambareesh Rahul, he had sent a threatening letter to the BJP leader before going to jail. He was produced in the court on Saturday through production warrant.
