Horse ruckus in Bhagalpur: Agitated by the horn of the car, one person injured due to running on the middle road

It is being told that for the groom going to the procession, the scorpio blew the horn loudly from behind the horse-drawn chariot. Due to this the horse created a stampede-like atmosphere on the middle road. The injured person has been identified as Shravan Kumar of Kolgama village.

People told that the horse-drawn chariot was going to someone’s house in Kolgama village of Sultanganj for a wedding ceremony. On getting information about the incident, Sultanganj police station has started investigation on the spot.
