    On behalf of PSI, India and District Health Committee, a health-related discussion was organized among boys and girls at BP Inter College. On this occasion, Dr. Ratish Raman told to take a balanced diet. Eating has a direct effect on health, so take enough sleep and to keep the body healthy, one should wake up early in the morning and sleep early at night. He told that it is necessary to have breakfast on time, consume enough water, include exercise in the routine.

As a general rule, try to eat mostly foods that are rich in nutrients like protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. These food items include vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans etc. Also told that whatever facilities are available for the children in the health center.

    Giving information about all of them to the children, said that various health-related competitions are also organized from time to time to enhance the reasoning skills of the children. On the occasion, Peer Educator of Health Center Harshvardhan told that along with physical health, there is a need to pay special attention to mental health because the mind has a deep impact on human body, business and surrounding environment.

    In today’s world of competition and running, more than 90 percent of the diseases are psychosomatic. Principal Praveen Kumar, present on the occasion, asked the children to stay away from junk food and insisted on eating green vegetables.
