The then SSP of Gaya and IPS Aditya Kumar, who is absconding for fear of arrest, has been traceless for the last one month. His mobile number is switched off. The Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) has so far raided many places in search of them. But, nothing was known of Aditya Kumar. You will be surprised to know that the person who is absconding due to the fear of his own arrest, his hands have become longer than the law. Actually, Aditya Kumar, through his lawyer, had filed a petition on 7 November in the Patna District Judge’s court for anti-secretory bail.
The 116-page petition also contains an internal inquiry report of the EOU. This report is about the investigation done against Amit Lodha, the then IG and senior IPS officer of Gaya. Now the question arises that when Aditya Kumar is absconding, from where did he get this internal investigation report? Sources reveal that after investigation, the internal report was sent directly to the DGP by the EOU.

Let us tell you that a web series is being made based on the book ‘Bihar Diary’ written by IPS Amit Lodha. Which is going to be released on OTT. For this, Amit Lodha was accused of raising money. An order was given by the Bihar Police Headquarters on May 27 this year to conduct an internal investigation against them.
Based on this, the EOU formed a special investigation team. Then that team did its investigation. The internal report was prepared and sent directly to DGP Sanjeev Kumar Singhal on 18 July on behalf of the EOU. This 10-page internal report has been attached by Aditya Kumar in his anti-secretary bail petition.
Why did this happen?
At the time when Amit Lodha was the IG of Magadha range, Aditya Kumar was the SSP of Gaya in the same period. During the work, there was a dispute between these two officers. Which went on increasing in later days also. In his anti-secretary bail petition, Aditya Kumar has also alleged that it is because of Amit Lodha that an FIR has been registered against him. Whereas, the reality is that the FIR was registered by the EOU.
He also called the DGP in the name of Chief Justice under a conspiracy to end the liquor incident registered in Fatehpur police station. In this case, 4 people including Aditya Kumar’s friend Abhishek Agarwal were arrested and sent to jail. In this case only Aditya Kumar is absconding. Now to save himself from arrest, the absconding IPS has used the EOU’s internal investigation report as its shield.

The then IG and senior IPS officer of Gaya, Amit Lodha, the absconding IPS and the then SSP Aditya Kumar of Gaya had hatched a big conspiracy. A complete plan was hatched to arrest him. For this, Abhishek Aggarwal alias Abhishek Bhopalika, who was caught by the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU), was giving full support to Aditya Kumar. As Aditya Kumar told him, his partner Abhishek continued to do so. Vicious Abhishek put pressure on DGP Sanjeev Kumar Singhal several times for this. Corrupted IPS was given clean chit in 48 hours: DGP called IO on holiday on flight; call for action
Another revelation has come to light in the case of DGP giving clean chit to corrupt IPS under the guise of cybercriminals. The fear of a cyber criminal calling in the name of the Chief Justice was so much that the DGP had called the Investigation Officer (IO) on a holiday from Chennai to Patna. There was such a rush to give a clean chit to the corrupt IPS that the matter was hushed up in just 48 hours. This disclosure has come in the investigation of Bhaskar. If sources related to Bihar Police are to be believed, the officer who gave clean chit to IPS Aditya Kumar in the liquor case is also on the radar of the investigation team.
