12 out of 17 palm trees were uprooted
Bulldozers ran in Noida’s Grand Omaxe Society on Friday. The officers acted for about 6.30 hours. Seeing four bulldozers and four dumpers, the people of the society protested. Slogans against the government. But even after this the action did not stop. Some women burst into tears in front of the officers. Of the 17 palm trees outside Srikant Tyagi’s house, 12 trees were uprooted and thrown. Apart from this, illegal constructions of 16 flat owners were demolished by bulldozers.
48 hours ultimatum was given to 132 flat owners
After the officers returned, Anu Tyagi got the uprooted trees re-planted in the night. 132 flat owners were given an ultimatum of 48 hours to remove the illegal construction, but even after that people did not remove the illegal construction. Srikanth’s wife opposed the action. He also showed the NOC given by the builder but the officials did not agree. The boundary wall at Alexander Tower was also demolished. Illegally planted trees were also removed here.
The court stayed the bulldozer action till October 20
On the other hand, the people of Grand Omaxe Society headed by Shrikant Tyagi got relief from the bulldozer action. This ban has been imposed till 20 October. In this way, till October 20, the bulldozer of the Noida Authority will not roar in the society and after this order of the court, the people of the society have got a big relief.
