Firing near Imli Chowk in Samastipur: Miscreants shot the compounder and snatched the bike, admitted to Sadar Hospital in critical condition

On Monday evening, miscreants shot at a compounder and snatched his bike near Imli Chowk of Mufassil police station area of ​​Samastipur. The people gathered on the sound of the bullet have admitted the compounder to Sadar Hospital. Police has started investigation after reaching the spot on the information of the incident.

Regarding the incident, it has been told that Kaushal Kumar Thakur of Soramar village of Chakmehsi police station area works as a compounder in a private hospital in Samastipur. After working in the evening, he was returning back to Chakmehsi, during this time three miscreants riding a bike surrounded him near Imli Chowk and wanted to snatch the bike, which the compounder opposed, on which a miscreant fired at him. The bullet hit his thigh. After snatching the bike, the miscreants fled towards Pusa.

On the information of the incident, Mufassil Police Station President Praveen Kumar Mishra reached with the team force and recorded the statements of the injured. It has been told that 3 miscreants together have carried out this incident.

The police station chief told that the compounder has been referred to PMCH outside. Meanwhile, Leader of the Opposition Vijay Kumar Sinha, who came on Samastipur tour, also reached Sadar Hospital on the information of the incident.
