Due to non-cleaning of drains in Gajadharganj locality of Buxar city, Siddu Miyan, Kallu Sah, Deepak Gupta, Pappu Ansari and about 100 other unknown persons blocked the traffic on station road of Buxar city for 6 hours on 30th November, due to which Common people faced a lot of difficulties. The movement of common citizens, women, children, old people and patients was forcibly obstructed and it is alleged to make their life miserable.
The SDO has clarified in his letter that in many judgments of the High Court and the Supreme Court, it has been clarified that traffic will not be obstructed in the event/demonstration. Thus it is open contempt of the High Court and the Supreme Court. No person can be allowed to openly disobey the orders of the courts in this way.
