FIR on 104 in Buxar station road jam case: Collective fine of 5-5 thousand, road jam was done on the problem of water logging

FIR against 104 people, including those named, in the case of blocking the Buxar station road on November 30 in Buxar. For which Sadar SDO Dhirendra Mishra has directed Sadar BDO Deepchandra Joshi. The SDO has said that even if there is a valid complaint, the aggrieved person has no right to obstruct the traffic and life of thousands of other citizens and deprive them of their basic rights.

Due to non-cleaning of drains in Gajadharganj locality of Buxar city, Siddu Miyan, Kallu Sah, Deepak Gupta, Pappu Ansari and about 100 other unknown persons blocked the traffic on station road of Buxar city for 6 hours on 30th November, due to which Common people faced a lot of difficulties. The movement of common citizens, women, children, old people and patients was forcibly obstructed and it is alleged to make their life miserable.

The SDO has clarified in his letter that in many judgments of the High Court and the Supreme Court, it has been clarified that traffic will not be obstructed in the event/demonstration. Thus it is open contempt of the High Court and the Supreme Court. No person can be allowed to openly disobey the orders of the courts in this way. If law and order or public peace is broken in any way during the event, the responsibility will be on the organizer as well as other involved members. Will also happen.
