There was a fierce fight between the two parties of Gotia over a land dispute at around 8 pm on Sunday in Badi Bazar of Kotwali police station area of ​​Munger district. In the incident of assault, 4 people from both the sides were injured.

The four injured were admitted to Sadar Hospital for treatment. In connection with the incident, Shakti Bajaj, a resident of Ghosi Tola and Sanat Bajaj’s father Prakash Bajaj, who was injured in the assault in Sadar Hospital, told that they have bought 2 katthas of land in Badi Bazar, on which Hemant Bajaj is occupying his possession.

Deen Hemant Bajaj and his sons, who come to the point of leaving the land, beat him up. He told that the beep land dispute between these two has been going on for almost two years, whose complaint has been made through a written application in the police station. Many times a Panchayat was also organized by the local people regarding this dispute. But Hemant Bajaj refuses to accept it.

Sanat Bajaj, who was treated in Sadar Hospital, was going on his way with brother Shakti Bajaj on the same motorcycle at around 7 pm on Sunday, when 45-year-old Hemant Bajaj and 22-year-old Hrithik Bajaj were already ambushed in Badi Bazar. And with the intention of killing, suddenly attacked near the big market transformer and started beating.

During this, he was badly injured by being beaten with an iron rod. On the other hand Hemant Bajaj tells that those people have been living on 6 kattha land for years, the pressure of writing the land forcibly is made by Prakash Bajaj. In the evening, both the sons of Prakash Bajaj had forcibly reached the land to occupy the land, during which there was a fight.
