As per the instructions of Collector Dr. Ilaiyaraaja T in Indore district, continuous employment fairs are being organized to connect unemployed youth with employment. A job fair was organized at the District Employment Office. In the job fair, a total of 151 youths were initially selected for jobs by interviewing the representatives of 12 companies.

Deputy Director Employment P.S. Mandloi said that a total of 258 youths got themselves registered in this one-day job fair. Out of these, a total of 151 young men and women were initially selected by the representatives of 12 companies.

Employment fair was something like this

The youth were selected for SD Consultant, LIC, Just Dial, Star Health, Shefali Business, Checkmate Security, Insta Connect, Channel Play, Jana Small Finance, Roop Rang Stores and Graham Interior Company. Employment fair is also being organized for the purpose of distribution of loan approval letters to the beneficiaries of self-employment schemes run by the government and providing employment in the private sector in the employment fair organized along with various activities. Applicants in the age group of 18 to 45 years who have passed in any subject from high school to post graduation and applicants with technical qualification also participated in the job fair for the above posts and got employment according to their eligibility.

Commendable initiative regarding employment

Commendable initiatives are being taken continuously in the state to provide employment to the unemployed youth, where different types of job fairs are being organized, while all out efforts are being made to provide employment to the unemployed youth. In Ujjain, continuous efforts are being made to provide employment to the youth. In this episode, regular employment fairs are organized. Employment is being made available to the youth under the employment fairs being organized in different districts of the state, where now the employment fairs are being seen as successful.
