Municipal elections in Bihar may be eclipsed again. The reason is that the Supreme Court has changed its order of 28 November. In its judgment, the ‘Economically Backward Commission’, which had refused to be considered as a dedicated commission, has been changed to ‘Extremely Backward Commission’ (EBC Commission).
