Meanwhile, at the Shaileshpur BOP checkpost of the Indo-Nepal border, it was observed that every incoming and outgoing person is being checked with breath analyzer and vehicle checking is being done by the excise department.

By dodging the excise department, the bike rider Manish Sada fled away from the spot with the bike at a high speed. However, when the police of the excise department stood up, he fled from the spot. But a little further ahead, near Saharsa Chowk on Bhantabadi Bhimnagar main road, Manish Sada, who was running at a high speed, got badly injured after falling out of control of the bike. On the other hand, the local people picked up the injured bike rider Manish Sada and took him to the Bhimnagar Primary Health Center.

Here Dr. Danish, a doctor posted at Bhim Nagar Primary Health Center, provided first aid to the injured Manish Sada. The doctor said that it was because of consuming excessive amount of alcohol that a government servant named Manish Sada, who was injured in a road accident, was taken to the hospital by the local people. He told that after first aid he has been referred to higher center in view of his serious condition. The same government employee Manish Sada was not able to speak when asked about drinking alcohol.
