Despite 24-hour strictness of the district administration, 1500 overloaded vehicles crossed the toll plaza Mohania. The government is being cheated of crores everyday. To stop this, Mining Inspector Nitin Roshan posted in Kudra was found missing during his duty. Truck Association Kaimur District President Jai Prakash Singh Yadav told that in Kaimur district, sand laden overload and illegal challan vehicles are passing indiscriminately at night due to connivance of officials. Due to which the government is losing crores of rupees everyday.
The District President of the Truck Association told that from November 30 to December 5, the list of overloaded vehicles passing Mohania toll was sought from RTI, then in these 6 days, about 1500 overloaded vehicles crossed Mohania toll and went to Uttar Pradesh.
To prevent this, a checking campaign is conducted in Kudra from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Along with this, 24-hour duty of magistrate and police officers has been imposed on the toll plaza Mohania, most of the vehicles cross the toll plaza at night. Despite that, so many vehicles have crossed, so action should be taken against the magistrate and police present at the toll plaza.
It is alleged that these people, in connivance with entry mafias, cross the sand-laden trucks by extorting 2 to 2.5 thousand rupees per truck. Several times DSP and SDO Mohania raided and caught trucks crossing the toll plaza. Which proves that the vehicles are being crossed by the deputed magistrate and police at the toll plaza, only then the vehicles are being caught in the investigation of the officers after the toll plaza.
District Mining Inspector Nitin Roshan was asked about missing from Kudra check naka for 5 hours, then he said that this is not my only work and there are many other works. All the vehicles that are being caught are being raided and caught ahead of the check post.
