Cylinder explosion during cooking in Jamui: Four of the same family were injured in the accident in Gidhaur, two of them women

A sudden fire broke out in a gas cylinder during cooking late on Monday evening in Kundhur village of Gidhaur police station area. Due to which the cylinder exploded. Four people of the same family, including two women, were injured in the incident. All the injured have been brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. The injured were identified as Niwas Singh, his wife Beauty Devi, Vikas Singh and his wife Bandana Devi, residents of Kundhur village in Gidhaur block area. All are said to belong to the same family.

It is said that on Monday late evening, Kundhur resident Beauty Devi was cooking food in the kitchen of her house. Then suddenly the gas cylinder caught fire. Due to which the cylinder exploded and the woman got scorched in this incident. Vikas Singh, Niwas Singh and Vandana Devi who came to save him were injured. All were brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment. Where everyone’s condition is said to be stable after treatment.

In the case, Gidhaur police station chief Brijbhushan Singh said that the police had reached the spot after receiving information about four people of the same family getting injured due to fire during cooking. All the injured have been sent to Sadar Hospital for treatment. The condition of all is said to be out of danger.
