Criminals beat up a young man in Samastipur: absconding after snatching gold chain, mobile and cash, police engaged in investigation

In Ismailpur village of Patori police station area of ​​Samastipur district, an unknown criminal assaulted and injured a young man, escaped by snatching gold chain, mobile and cash. Giving information about the incident, the local people said that today at around 7:00 pm on Sunday evening, 5 criminals sitting in ambush near Ismailpur Pokhar of Patori police station area beat up a youth named Chandan and injured the youth.

Then snatched 40 thousand cash, mobile, gold chain. After the young man raised an alarm, the miscreants also tried to set the motorcycle on fire. Hearing the noise, hundreds of people around reached the spot. The criminals ran away on seeing the people. The injured youth was admitted by the local people to Patori Sub-Divisional Hospital where he is being treated by the doctors.

Information about the incident was given to Patori Police Station President Vikram Acharya, while taking quick action, the police reached the spot in no time and got involved in the investigation of the case. The injured youth has been identified as Chandan Kumar, 25, son of Vinod Paswan, a resident of Ismailpur village under Patori police station area. After the incident, the family members are in bad condition by crying.
