    The counting of votes for the student union elections is going on in Patna University. The counting of the first two rounds is complete. After the second round of counting, Anand Mohan is ahead for the post of President, Vikramaditya for Vice President, Sandhya for Secretary and Ravikant for the post of Treasurer. The biggest thing is that only JDU candidates are ahead on all the four posts.

    Earlier, the student RJD created ruckus for telling the round wise figure. After which lathicharge has been done by the police. In front of the Central Revenue Colony on Sinha Library Road, the student RJD members were adamant to forcibly break the barricading and go to the counting venue.     Earlier, PU’s VC Girish Chowdhary reached the counting center after SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon. The SSP said that an FIR has been registered against unknown people in the Patna College case. Along with this, keeping in view the situation for the next 7 days, police will patrol Patna College and Patna University campus for 7 consecutive days. During this, a large number of police will be deployed here.

    And DM Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh told that no candidate has been allowed to take out the procession. On the Patna College ruckus, he said that the investigation of the entire matter is going on. Action will be taken against all the culprits after the follow up.

A separate room has been made for the office bearers of the district administration to sit. Arrangements have also been made for the press persons to sit.     Earlier, till the end of polling, 54.53% voting was done. And in 2019, there was 58.58% voting. Earlier, during voting, there was a fight between RJD-JAP supporters in Science College. Here, 5 to 6 rounds were fired at Patna College. The bullet fired near the entrance and geography department of Patna College. After this there was a stampede.

    Earlier, there has been a lot of uproar in Patna Women’s College regarding Rasgulla. Activists allege that this policewoman was taking away sweets given by a candidate.

    Here, on the other hand, the candidate of Jan Adhikar Chhatra Parishad, Dipankar Kumar, who sought votes by falling at the feet of girls, was also seen crying out loud. He has accused the administration of collusion.

    The maximum number of voters in this election is from Patna Women’s College. 5355 in Patna Women’s College, 3488 in Magadh Mahila, 3209 voters in BN College, 2452 in Patna College, 2243 in PG Social Science, 2008 in Commerce College, 1863 in Patna Science College, 1288 in PG Science, 989 voters in Humanities, PG There are a total of 561 voters in Commerce, Education and Law, 387 in Patna Law College, 221 in College of Arts and Crafts, 199 in Women’s Training College, 192 in Patna Training College. Along with this, there are a total of 24395 voters in this election including all the colleges.
