After 40 years had passed, just two days after the past interference was made by continuously visiting the court, the second party started sabotaging the newly built pond on Tuesday morning, armed with sticks and sharp weapons and started beating fiercely for protesting. In this, Shivnarayan Mandal, his wife Bhalsaria Devi, daughter Kiran Devi and son-in-law Dan Singh were seriously injured.

He was admitted to the sub-divisional hospital with the help of family members and local people. Where both are undergoing treatment. On the other hand, as soon as the information of the incident was received, Police Station Officer Pankaj Kumar reached the spot along with the team force and immediately two youths were taken into police custody. The detained youths are Vidyanand Kumar, resident of Hariyahi Ward 7 and Madan Kumar, resident of Rasuar village.
