    karnataka news: Congress leader and former party president Rahul Gandhi reached Kadakola in Mysore, Karnataka on the 25th day of ‘Bharat Jodo’ Yatra today. Meanwhile, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai asked why he should talk about fake Gandhi on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. In fact, reacting to Rahul Gandhi’s allegation that the ruling BJP is the most corrupt, the Chief Minister said that the entire Congress party is out on bail.

    Speaking to reporters, CM Bommai said, “Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi and Karnataka Congress unit president DK Shivakumar are out on bail. Karnataka was an ATM for the state Congress party, but is not now.” On alleging that the ruling BJP government takes 40 per cent commission for awarding contracts, he said, “There is nothing like that. If they have evidence, they should submit it. The matter will be probed.”

    There is no scope for violence: CM Bommai

    When asked about the clash between BJP MLC CP Yogeshwar and JDS workers in Channapatna town, he said that he is getting information about the incident. Bommai further said, “We will not mix politics with the allocation of funds and development. There is no scope for violence. We have come a long way in politics, it is important that the benefits of all government schemes reach the people.”

    At the same time, on the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary, Rahul Gandhi said that the battle of ideologies is going on.
